Job Summary

We are seeking candidates interested in learning skills to become a skilled Upholsterer or skilled Frame Maker. This role involves working with fabrics, foams, and other materials to create and restore upholstered furniture/ wooden frames.

As a Trainee Frame Maker or Upholsterer, you will work as part of a team to learn all aspects of the role, including the use of hand and power tools and a variety of techniques, always ensuring quality.

This position is temporary, leading to permanent employment for successful candidates.

Duties:

Using hand tools and power tools to assemble the frame according to technical drawings and specifications Learning all the aspects of Upholstery trade Working in a warehouse environment Assembling mechanical parts Ensuring all assembled components meet quality standards. Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals. Always follow health and safety guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:

Has previous experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment, although full training will be provided. Reliable Hardworking A willingness to learn and commitment to the role
