Reporting to the Head Coach and working alongside the London Team you will be responsible for coaching groups across our timetable of gymnastics sessions. This will include general coaching, planning of sessions, supporting the gymnasts through competitions where required, monitoring progress & providing feedback. Training will be given for all of our systems as well as for our programmes. You will be capable of operating in line with our standards and procedures while delivering a first class experience.

Person Specification
We are looking for a confident welcoming coaches with excellent time management skills, positive manner and an ambition to change the game. As we constantly strive to improve, you will welcome feedback as part of your development regardless of experience. Self driven you will enjoy working as part of a busy team but will also be able to manage your own work and be ultimately responsible for your coaching groups and coaches in regards to their development and safety. You will have experience of direct customer communication and managing expectations. You will need to have:
Previous Gymnastics experience/training
Experience working with children
Checkable references
Commitment to hours during term time
Sessions available during weekdays (afternoons) and/or weekends.

KPI's
Teach gymnastics classes in a safe and fun way for children aged up to 18 years old
Teach, explain and demonstrate age-appropriate parkour skills
Offer constructive feedback and support to help children improve their skills
Use equipment properly and safely and remove and report any broken equipment to management immediately.
Update parents with their child's progress and guide them on how to help them progress safely
Set up and pack away after each class, always keeping the gym area as clean as possible
Take a class register for every session
Supervise and lead assistant coaches
Follow a class plan
Role and Responsibilities
Providing an engaging, fun and developmentally focussed programme
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with gymnasts, parents and fellow coaches
Attend NWG events
Attend Competitions where necessary
General Housekeeping Duties
