This is an exciting opportunity to join our specialised team in building electrical wiring harnesses to our exacting standards, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.###

Key Responsibilities

Build vehicle harnesses to the required quality standards working under the supervision of senior technicians Follow all procedures and processes to meet the day-to-day requirements of the business, as well as quality and health and safety standards. Assist senior technicians and the workshop manager in the daily operations of the harness workshop. Identify and report any build-related issues, deviations, and continuous improvement opportunities to the senior technicians Maintain high standards of housekeeping regarding work area, documentation, tools, and products. Fulfil any duties required by the company to ensure quality products and services are delivered to customers on time and in full. Achieve continuity of agreed deadlines through flexible working patterns. Able to work in a team environment

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

6 GCSEs at Grade C / 4 and above (including Maths, English, and ideally a Science or Technology subject). A relevant college qualification (e.g., BTEC, NVQ, City & Guilds in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Motorsport, or Mechanical Engineering) would be advantageous but not essential. Previous hands-on experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or technical environment (through work experience, apprenticeship, or hobby projects) is desirable. A genuine interest in automotive, motorsport, or electrical systems, with a willingness to learn and develop practical skills. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and diagrams is beneficial but full training will be provided.
