Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for a reliable and committed person to join our expanding recycling company as a Trainee HGV driver.

The trainee role includes container deliveries/collections on a 3.5 tonne Flatbed and general yard duties, as well as working as a driver's mate/loader on collection rounds as and when required.
Guaranteed 40 hour salary - standard hours 5:30am till 2:00pm. Job is 'task and finish' so often you will finish between 12noon - 1pm.
All training costs will be met.
Trainee Driver Rate:
13.20/hour basic pay + 1/hour performance bonus =14.20/hour.
HGV Driver Rate:
15.30/hour basic pay + 1/hour performance bonus + 46p/hour Green Band Driving Bonus =16.76/hour.
This equates to 33,405 per year starting salary, which can be increased by training on FEL vehicles, single crew bonus, overtime and working Bank Holidays on triple time.Must live within 30 minutes of Aldridge.
