Trainee Hire Controller

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Hire Controller, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations, learning how to:

Support customers with hire enquiries over the phone, by email, and in person Liaise with transport teams, engineers, and depot staff to keep things on track Build product knowledge around our powered access equipment and hire systems Handle administration, including order processing, scheduling, and updating records
You'll learn the ropes from experienced team members and receive one-to-one mentoring as you grow into the role.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Great communication and organisation skills The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team Basic IT skills (e.g., using email, entering data)
