Job Description
A Trainee / Graduate HR Assistant is required to join a large manufacturing business on a 6-month contract at their site based near Marston Green. An ideal opportunity for a Business or HR graduate looking to get some hands-on experience and support a busy HR team during a transition period.
As a Trainee / Graduate HR Assistant you will be -
- Providing guidance, advice and administrative support within the HR department
- Providing support with benefits, payroll, employee relations and absence management
- Preparing templates and ensuring systems are updated
- Recruitment support; creating adverts and screening suitable applicants
- Completing onboarding paperwork, assisting with starters and leavers
- General administration duties
- A Business or HR related degree
- A strong desire to develop a career within HR
- 6 months minimum experience working within a HR team
- A can-do attitude and willing to learn all aspects within HR
- 6-month contract starting ideally February 2024
- Starting salary of \xc2\xa322-23,500p/a
- Opportunity to learn hands-on HR experience in a large business
- Hybrid working (initially 4 days minimum in the office during training)
- Working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm
Due to the location of the business, you will need to either be locally based to the Marston Green area or have your own transport.
