We are a global manufacturer of children's outdoor play and fitness equipment, seeking an experienced construction labourer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations. Duties

Install various products according to specifications and company standards. Carry out general labouring, ground works, kerbing, excavation, landscaping, fencing Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

Valid CSCS card Full clean manual driving licence, own transport is desirable Minimum 2 years experience of general labouring/ground works or relevant construction industry experience. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items and work in various environments. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation processes is desirable. Installation team will be based in Bangor, County Down and we would encourage applications from this area.

Our package

Permanent role, working within a team of 3, day shift, Monday to Friday, overtime is available. Hours 45 hours per week, plus travelling time. All hours worked over 45 hour are paid at overtime rate. Holidays 23 days per year plus complete shutdown over Christmas/New Year. Company Pension Scheme All PPE and work wear will be provided 6 month probationary period. Salary: annual salary is currently 28,080 a pay review is pending in April. Following a succesful 18 month training period, salary rises to around 30,000+ Start date for this position is 31st March 2025
