What you'll be doing



Engage with clients and prepare renewal documentation ahead of renewal dates. Be the welcoming face for incoming new business inquiries, crafting impressive new business submissions and quotations. Utilise your negotiation finesse to secure alternative quotes, always striving for the best outcome, where appropriate. Deal with the documentation, invoices, credit notes, and more, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Comply with file management, compliance procedures, and FCA guidelines, maintaining meticulously updated records. Nurture strong relationships with esteemed insurance companies.

What you'll need to have



Good organisational ability Experience in obtaining information from clients via telephone & e-mail Confident communications skills - both written & oral Good negotiating skills and the ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
