Trainee Insurance Broker - Renewals Team - Ambitious Independent Broker

We're offering a unique opportunity to become part of our successful Renewals Team. With full on-the-job training provided, you'll develop a strong understanding of how to invite policy renewals, research the best schemes for our clients and identify opportunities to add real value. You'll also gain insight into the industry's processes and regulations, setting a solid foundation for your future. Once you've completed your probation, your career progression will accelerate with a fully funded and supported qualification through the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities will include:

Confidently handle inbound calls, live chat, and emails delivering exceptional service with every interaction Proactively identify and recommend additional product lines that meet our clients' evolving needs Support clients through the renewal journey, making the process smooth, clear, and stress-free Work closely with Underwriters and team members to secure the best outcomes for our clients Keep on top of daily responsibilities, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and internal processes

You will have or be:

Natural ability interacting with people Loves thinking outside the box and being part of a close-knit team Enthusiastic and optimist with an eye for detail Knowledge of using Microsoft office Loves reaching goals and going beyond expectations Math's and English GCSE grade 5/C or above minimum Self-motivated and thrives under pressure
