The IT Operations & Security department are IT professionals dedicated to supporting and improving the digital infrastructure that underpins the renewable energy sector. About The Role

The successful candidate will gain hands-on training and experience across IT systems and cybersecurity, including:

Monitoring and supporting IT systems Implementing and promoting cybersecurity best practice Managing user accounts and permissions Supporting network and server maintenance Database and asset management Providing first-line IT and cybersecurity support to teams worldwide

You will report directly to the IT Operations & Security Manager and will be supported in building your technical expertise and professional development.

Required Criteria

A valid full UK driving license A self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and develop Demonstrate some knowledge around IT Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rota if required Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Criteria

Third-level qualification in IT, computing, or a related discipline Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, or a technical placement
