TRAINEE JOINER

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Joinery Apprentice to join our skilled team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their woodworking/joinery skills while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the manufacturing of bespoke windows doors staircases and cabinetry . Also willing to learn other skills. As a trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced joiners assisting with a range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of projects.pay depending on age and experience.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including doors, windows, and furniture. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete joinery tasks. Perform joinery work, including cutting, shaping, and installing materials. Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to transport materials and complete projects. Carry out construction painting to finish surfaces as per specifications. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in joinery or a related field is helpful. skills in fabrication and assembly techniques an advantage Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction projects. A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
