The Role: What You'll Be Doing

We're hiring motivated and hardworking Trainee Labourers to join our expanding team. No experience? No problem -- we're looking for attitude, not a CV.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, bricklayers, decorators, etc.) Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Storing and handling materials correctly Taking instructions and learning fast on the job
What We're Looking For:

Motivated, reliable individuals who are eager to start or grow a long-term career in construction. Reliable, physically fit, and ready to work rain or shine Great work ethic -- we reward effort and loyalty Willing to travel across sites within the M25 Driving preferred, but not essential No CSCS card needed
