Job Title: Trainee Landscaper

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Landscaper. In this role, you will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced landscapers to learn the skills and techniques necessary to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation of landscapes, including planting, mulching, and hardscaping

- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as weeding, watering, and fertilizing

- Learn to identify and properly care for a variety of plants, trees, and shrubs

- Work with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:

- No previous experience in landscaping required, but a willingness to learn and work hard is essential

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting

- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Willingness to follow instructions and take direction from experienced landscapers
