Responsibilities and Duties
Once trained, your role will include:
Engaging with clients primarily through phone and Microsoft Teams, taking instructions and providing relevant advice.
Clearly and concisely explaining complex legal issues related to estate planning.
Training to become a member of the IPW, with the opportunity to pursue further qualifications as a STEP member for suitable candidates. (only available to candidates who have a minimum of a 2.1 degree in any area)
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the importance of their role as legal advisors. In particular the following skills are desirable;
Have a legal or sales background.
Possess customer service experience.
Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Work accurately with attention to detail.
Hold a full UK driving license and have reliable transportation.
Additional Information
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including two evening shifts until 7:30 PM. Hours can be structured over a 5-day week or a 9-day fortnight, to be discussed upon successful application.
Pay: Starting at 25,000 per year rising to 33,000 on completion of STEP qualification with additional commission earnings of 5,000 - 10,000 OTE
