Job Description

Solutions at Work Limited is a busy, outsourced legal cashroom business, based in Kirkcaldy with clients throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansions we are looking for a trainee legal cashier/accounts assistant.

Working as part of an established, supportive and friendly team, you will be required to: -

Comply with daily practices and procedures. Monitor client e-mails. Set up and check bank payments using online banking. Perform bank reconciliations. Liaise with clients and deal with their queries. Reconcile supplier statements. Carry out general office admin tasks. Assist with month end procedures. Enter data entries onto practice management cash accounting systems.
The following skills are essential:-

Computer literacy. A good working knowledge of Outlook Attention to detail An ability to be a contributing team player. An interest in working in an accounting environment. The ability to work to tight deadlines.

Expected hours: 35 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kirkcaldy KY1 1XL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Work Location: In person
