Trainee Letting Agent

to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes in a supportive environment with a traditional yet forward-thinking agency that values professionalism and local knowledge.

Your Role Will Include:

Conducting

accompanied viewings

for prospective tenants Carrying out

routine property inspections

Producing

inspection reports

and communicating key findings to the team Providing a warm and professional point of contact for landlords and tenants Supporting the lettings team with general admin and day-to-day operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and

genuine interest in property

Excellent communication and

people skills

Confidence in working independently and representing the company professionally Good attention to detail and ability to produce clear, written reports A

full UK driving licence

and access to a vehicle Flexibility to work occasional

Saturdays
