Finders Keepers has an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Letting Assistant to join our team in Witney.
As a Trainee Letting Assistant you will have a rare opportunity to learn all aspects of the letting role within our business. This will include successfully registering and qualifying applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating deals and handling the related administration. Furthermore you will assist in the marketing of properties and building relationships with clients.
You will be driven by achieving set targets, building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities of a Letting Assistant include:
Responding to applicant enquires, qualifying and registering them
Generate applicant enquiries
Conduct viewings
Handle all administration relating to property marketing
Provide administrative support to others
Handle administration for lets including referencing and creating tenancy agreements
Receive customers and visitors to the office as first point of contact
Liaising with clients providing exceptional customer service at all times
Handle move-in appointments
Support Property Management when necessary
Take responsibility for property compliance
Knowledge, skills, experience to be a successful Property Manager:
Full clean manual driving licence
Ability to multi-task
Confident and dynamic personality
Good level of spelling and grammar
Good communicator, relationship builder
Ability to overcome objections
1 year customer service or front of house experience
Detail orientated
Positive can-do attitude, team player
Strives to improve, accepts feedback
