Due to our expanding property management and student lettings portfolio, we currently have a new and exciting role available, working from our Bangor office.

We're looking for a Trainee Lettings Administrator to join our team in Bangor. As part of the role, you'll deliver exceptional service to our customers. While estate agency experience is not essential, as you'll undergo a comprehensive training process, previous customer-facing roles are desirable.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in administration roles, but it is not essential, as a full training program is provided. This will include training and support in achieving your Rent Smart Wales agent qualification.

The roles will include:



Use of our CRM system to ensure quick and efficient communication, liaising with landlords, tenants and subcontractors alike. General administration duties include maintaining the property database, ensuring all files and records are up to date and letter/email creation. Responsible for collation of safety certificates for letting properties, ensuring the database is kept updated at all times. Confidently communicating with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams via email and phone. Follow up on outstanding payments, paperwork and contact information. Update internal Excel spreadsheets. The occasional viewings during busier periods.

Person Specification



Must possess excellent customer service skills. Experience working to tight deadlines, with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident telephone manner. Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Working Hours: 16 or 20hrs, Monday - Friday. Hours TBC with the successful candidate, we are flexible.

Trainees' starting salary will be the UK national living wage for those over 21, regardless of age.
