We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Agent to join our dynamic estate agency team. Duties

Assist senior lettings agents in managing property listings and marketing properties across various platforms Engage with prospective tenants, answer inquiries, and schedule viewings to facilitate property rentals Support the preparation of tenancy agreements and related administrative documentation Conduct property inspections and ensure properties meet health and safety standards Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and leasing activities Participate in marketing campaigns to promote available properties through online channels and local advertising Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions promptly and professionally Stay informed about relevant regulations including Fair Housing laws and local real estate legislation

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members Basic understanding of negotiation techniques to assist in client interactions Knowledge of marketing strategies for property promotion is a plus Customer service experience with a professional approach to client relations Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently Previous administrative or Letting experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided on property management systems and letting legislation
