Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings, ensuring clients are well-informed about features and benefits. Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Manage administrative tasks such as preparing documentation, updating property listings, and maintaining client records. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Assist in marketing properties through various channels including social media, online portals, and traditional advertising methods. Provide guidance to clients throughout the sales or lettings process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry to completion. Keep abreast of market trends, property values, and local area developments to provide accurate advice.

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience is desirable, demonstrating strong organisational skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A professional attitude with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving capabilities. Previous experience within estate agency or property sales is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
