Trainee Lettings Negotiator
Job Description
Currently recruiting for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency.
The ideal candidate should be target driven and looking to work within a team. You will need to be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Responsibilities:
Always delivering exceptional customer service
Liaising between landlords and tenants
Providing up to date advice and information
Conducting viewings
Booking appointments
Negotiating lettings contracts
Registering applicants
Generating new business
Building the market share
Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills:
Previous property experience not essential
A high level of customer service skills
The desire to work well in a team, and independently
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
High accuracy and attention to detail
Drive, hunger and ambition for success
Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Well-presented and professional
Target driven with a 'can do' attitude
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
