Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for the property market.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide informed advice to clients. Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 1,630.00-1,800.00 per month
