Trainee Lettings Negotiator

IN THIS ROLE

Our landlords and tenants need an exceptional and memorable customer experience. As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you'll be working across student and professional lettings, while also sharing a busy office with the sales team and gaining experience in all areas of the property industry.

You'll work with tenants to understand their requirements, take them to viewings, and help them secure their new home. Once a let is agreed, you'll progress it right through to move-in, supported by your team and leadership. You'll build strong relationships with landlords, helping them to let their properties and advising them along the way. Full training will be provided and you do not need previous experience.

You will need a full driving licence and access to your own car.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants Carry out property viewings and support tenants in choosing a home Negotiate deals and agree lets with landlords Progress lets from application through to move-in Provide clear communication and updates to landlords and tenants Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage Use our modern cloud-based systems to complete administration

ABOUT YOU

You must have ambition and want to be successful in your career Exceptional customer service skills are essential You should be confident, personable, and able to build strong relationships A strong negotiator, not afraid of difficult conversations Passionate with great attention to detail A problem-solver with a positive, "can do" attitude Organised, collaborative, and a strong communicator Friendly, approachable, and confident meeting new people A driving licence and access to your own car are required You must be aged 21 or over

Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
