Key Responsibilities
Liaise with
potential tenants
to understand their needs and recommend suitable properties
Develop a strong understanding of the
local property portfolio
Coordinate and conduct property viewings
with prospective tenants
Negotiate tenancy terms
between landlords and tenants
Provide an exceptional level of
customer service
throughout the lettings process
Requirements
Some previous
property or sales experience
preferred but not essential -
full training will be provided
Proven background in a
customer-focused office environment
Enthusiastic, confident, and competitive
attitude
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
IT proficient
, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
Full UK driving licence
and
own car

21,000 - 24,000 basic salary
