We are looking for driven, ambitious Sales Consultants to join our team, in July/August 2025. This position will give you the option of working a
9 day fortnight giving you every second Friday off (no weekend working required)!
After the successful completion of your initial six months training you will also be able to take advantage of our hybrid working opportunities.
What is the job?
As a Sales Consultant at Bon Accord Life it will be your job to build meaningful relationships with customers through both warm and cold data in order to find the right insurance products for their needs.
On an average day you will...
Make cold calls to our older data to optimise opportunities for sales.
Make outbound calls to new customers from our web enquiries, asking appropriate questions to understand the customers needs and presenting a suitable solution
Build up your client base by contacting previous and existing customers
Search the marketplace to source the most competitive quotations
Manage your clients account and liaise with other departments to ensure the best and quickest outcome for the client
Adhere to FCA approved compliance procedures and code of conduct
Handle client queries or objections to achieve the best possible solution for the client
Achieve sales targets by conducting your sales process in a straightforward and positive manner with your customers best interests at the heart of everything you do
The skills and qualities you will need...
Experience selling personal protection is preferred but not essential
A proven track record in
outbound
sales is essential
Telephone sales experience is essential
Resilience when dealing with customer rejection (thick skin is required!)
Persistence and determination when dealing with customer objections
Hardworking, with a positive can-do attitude

Starting basic salary of 25,000, which can be reviewed based on performance
We have an uncapped bonus structure with realistic earnings between 200 - 1500 on top of your salary each month. Year 1 OTE between 30,000 - 40,000
