Job Title: Trainee Lithographic Printer (Full-Time)
Location : Spalding, Lincs.

We are looking for a full-time Trainee Lithographic Printer to join our team and learn to operate our 5-colour Komori printing press. Other duties will include training in all other aspects of the printing production process.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the printing industry who wants hands-on training and long-term career development.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and operation of the 5-colour Komori lithographic press
Learn to maintain quality standards throughout the print run
Support with machine maintenance and upkeep
Work alongside experienced printers to gain practical skills and knowledge in all aspects of the printing process

Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Good attention to detail and pride in quality work
Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
