Logistics Co-Ordinator

Role Overview

The Trainee Logistics Co-Ordinator will be trained to manage end-to-end logistics operations, including customer communications, planning, and administration. This is an exciting opportunity for developing an excellent career in the logistics sector. Requiring strong organisational and communication skills with high level attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with day-to-day operations Handle incoming enquiries and process in a timely and accurate manner Coordinate bookings for freight and transport services Track shipments and address any operational issues promptly Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately Provide general administrative support, including data entry and record keeping Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and customer service

Required Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above (preferred)
