The Role

We're looking for a

Trainee Machine Repair Engineer

(also known as Trainee Service Technician or Junior Maintenance Engineer) to join our friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on approach who wants to learn how to

service, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical machinery

.

Full on-the-job training will be provided -- no previous experience is required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with servicing, repairing, and testing commercial cleaning machines and equipment. Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults. Support planned maintenance and workshop organisation. Replace or repair faulty parts under supervision. Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records. Follow all health and safety and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

Interest in

engineering, maintenance, or machinery repair

. Practical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Reliable, organised, and proactive attitude. Any hands-on or technical experience (DIY, automotive, electrical, etc.) is a bonus.
