As a Trainee Manager, you will receive comprehensive training in various aspects of factory operations, including all operations of a beef slaughter and boning hall facility . You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional operational performance and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing daily operations of the factory to ensure maximum productivity. Support the management team in supervising staff, fostering a positive work environment. Train new staff members on operational procedures and best practices. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall operational performance

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in a food manufacturing is essential, red meat experience highly desirable. Supervising experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 30,000.00-38,359.53 per year
