Trainee Manager - Leadership Academy Programme

This 12-month programme is designed for individuals with care experience who are ready to move into a management role. You'll be enrolled onto an accredited leadership programme, practical leadership experience, and one-on-one support (through coaching and mentoring) to prepare you for a successful career in management.

What the Programme Includes:

Monthly in-person leadership workshops (1 day per month) Workplace mentoring following manager induction Experiential learning assignments after each module Coaching and development sessions Accredited learning aligned to industry standards
