Job Summary
The Britannia Smok'd is part of a trio of pubs serving award winning BBQ, crafted cocktails and a huge range of whiskey.
We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Manager who has an interest in growing within our independent pub company, we are supportive of our employees personal projects and seek someone with passion for hospitality and service.
Responsibilities
Exceptional customer service Cash up Opening and Closing the venue Uphold our high standards and the ethos of Smok'd Stock management Cleaning and maintaining standards
Requirements
Experience in cash up and daily tasks in a Pub/ Restaurant Leadership abilities Excellent time management skills Creative ideas and passion for what we do Able to commute to SE1 central London with finish times up tp 1.30am Experience with whiskey, cocktails, wine or Beer (or willingness to learn!)
