Role Overview

As a

Trainee Manager

, you will rotate through core business functions, gaining practical experience and leadership skills. This is a hands-on role that combines learning with action.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in customer acquisition and direct sales initiatives Manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction and retention Learn team leadership and support new team members Assist in planning and analysing marketing campaigns Track and report campaign performance to improve outcomes
