Shift Pattern:

Trainee Pub Manager

to join the management team at The Horse and Hound - a friendly, community-focused pub known for great food, drinks, and service with a smile.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with bar or floor experience who's eager to learn, lead, and grow into a management role.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting day-to-day pub operations alongside the management team Learning how to lead shifts and manage staff Gaining experience in stock control, ordering, and cash handling Assisting with compliance, licensing, and health & safety standards Delivering excellent service and helping train new team members

About You:

Experience in hospitality - bar or floor experience is essential Keen to take on more responsibility and grow into a manager role Reliable, confident, and great with people Willing to learn all aspects of running a pub Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
