We're a small, skilled team, and we're looking for a

Trainee Microcement Installer

to join us and work closely alongside our lead installer,

Martin

, learning the trade from the ground up.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that will suit someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn a specialist skill. You'll assist with preparing surfaces, mixing and applying microcement, and finishing floors and walls to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with surface preparation and application of microcement Mixing and handling materials safely and accurately Maintaining tools, equipment, and a tidy workspace Supporting installation work on-site and in the workshop Learning to apply decorative finishes and coatings under supervision Working as part of a small, professional team

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Good communication and teamwork skills Punctual and reliable A full UK driving licence (preferred, not essential) Previous experience in construction, plastering, or decorating is a bonus but not required Driving license required
