Realistic OTE 26,000 with bonus and commission

The role

You will pride yourself on the customer experience by taking your customers through their journey from initial mortgage application stage to the completion of their property purchase or re-mortgage. You will thrive within a fast paced, pressured environment whilst keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.

You will enjoy using your knowledge of the Financial Services, home buying and Conveyancing industries and your strong relationship skills when liaising with Mortgage Lenders, Solicitors, and Mortgage brokers.

Examples of what you will be doing:

Proactively progressing individual cases from mortgage application through to completion Getting Clients agreed in principle Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along Working as a part of a vibrant team to support our Top Performing Mortgage Brokers. Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and Mortgage Brokers Working to deadlines to ensure customers achieve their dream move Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved Getting agreement in principles and support mortgage brokers in dealing with clients

Experience Needed you have that will set you up for success:

Highly motivated and organised with the ability to prioritise a pressured workload Have a curious/ investigative nature, being prepared to delve into and solve problems. You will be resilient and able to calm and reassure anxious customers You will need be outgoing and confident and bursting with energy. Excellent communication skills both via email and on the phone.
