Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Adviser - 16 Week Fast Track Academy. (5 Positions Available)


Based: This is an office-based role in Norwich, after two years you will be eligible to work from home, subject to achieving your targets and KPI's.

Before You Apply: Please be aware that you must live within commutable distance of our offices in Norwich, be prepared to work from our offices for two years and have no holidays booked during the 1st 16 weeks of training.

18 Months of Guaranteed Earnings*:


Weeks 1-16: 26K base | Full-time paid training
Months 4-10: 30K (base + guaranteed commission)
Months 11-12: 32.5K (base + guaranteed commission)
Months 13-18: 35K (base + guaranteed commission)
Month 19+: 30K base + uncapped commission | OTE 75K+


What You'll Be Doing:


Advising customers by phone and online -- no cold calls, no paperwork chasing
Submitting 15+ mortgages per month with support from our dedicated admin teams
Working closely with people who genuinely care about changing lives through better financial outcomes


Who You Are:


Degree educated OR strong real-world experience in sales/customer service
Highly motivated, organised, articulate and coachable
Driven to build a long-term career in Financial Services
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
