Job Description
We are recruiting for newly qualified, Trainee Mortgage advisers to join our client, established over 25 years and with thousands of 5 star reviews they can provide all the training and support to help you become a successful, professional adviser. With offices across north London, covering the A10 corridor from Bethnal Green to Hertford.
Working alongside a team of negotiators you will encourage referrals from those looking to buy and sell through the estate agency to generate enquiries and carry out appointments to provide honest advice on Mortgage & Protection products and offer outstanding customer service.
Benefits as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
Employed role. Basic salary of 18,00 plus 200pm car allowance and competitive commission structure. OTE of 45,000 to 55,000 in year 2 Leads provided. Office based. Ongoing coaching and development to help you excel. Opportunities in the future for professional growth and diversification into financial advice or to move into a self-employed model.
Roles & responsibilities for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
Carry out fact finding appointments and collate accurate documentation. Provide advice and recommendation on mortgages and protection products. Maintain continuous professional development to ensure you stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience requirements for a Trainee Mortgage Adviser:
CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required. No experience necessary. Located within 5 miles of Enfield Highway or Edmonton.
