Trainee Mortgage Adviser / Paraplanner

What You'll Be Doing:

Guiding clients through fact-find calls to understand their needs Accurately recording and processing client information Working closely with experienced advisers on real cases Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email and text Taking your first steps toward CeMAP 1 qualification (fully supported)

What We're Looking For:

Excellent spoken and written communication -

This is essential

Positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn Strong multitasking and organisation skills Confidence and clarity in dealing with clients Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
