18 Months.

What you'll get:

Year 1 OTE: 25K base + variable commission of between 4K to 10K, depending on which role you are assigned to.

CeMAP Sponsored:

We fully fund your CeMAP journey — from study materials to exam costs

Post-Qualification:

Base jumps to 27K + 4K commission OTE = 31K

Once You're an Adviser:

28K base with

up to 75K OTE

(yes, really!)

Office Based, Working Hours:

During Training Period. (18 Months):

Working 2 days of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM & 2 days of 11:00 AM-8:00 PM + Fridays 9AM + 5PM. 1 Saturday in 3 required.

Post-Training:

Rotating shifts: 2 days of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM & 2 days of 11:00 AM-8:00 PM + Fridays 9AM - 5PM, No Weekends.

Our Mortgage Academy is designed to build you into a confident, qualified adviser through a hands-on journey across key areas of the business. From customer onboarding to application submission, you'll understand the

entire mortgage journey

inside-out.
