Salary: 28,000 - 38,000 OTE (uncapped commissions)

Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to clients seeking mortgage solutions, helping them navigate the complexities of the mortgage market. Your primary focus will be to assess client needs, offer tailored mortgage options, and facilitate the application process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to determine suitable mortgage products by completing initial fact finds. Provide clear and comprehensive advice on various mortgage options, including fixed-rate, variable-rate. Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gather necessary documentation for processing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and changes in the financial services sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process. Collaborate with lenders and other financial institutions to secure favourable terms for clients. Educate clients on the implications of their mortgage choices and provide ongoing support post-closure.

Skills

Good understanding of financial services and products related to mortgages. Proficient in basic math skills to accurately calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with regulations. Requirements:

CEMAP No previous experience required but good work ethic and determination is a must Full UK Driving License with access to your own vehicle Good presentation
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who has completed their CEMAP and is now looking to step up on the property ladder. In this role, you will be provided all the necessary training as well as being closing monitored on your submissions. You may benefit with being marked as CAS once the necessary experience is gained.
