We are a growing mortgage brokerage based in Cheltenham, dedicated to helping clients secure the right mortgage and protection solutions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit motivated and sales-driven freelance associates who are, or want to become, successful mortgage advisers.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals at the start of their career in financial services, or those looking to transition into mortgage advice.

For the first

20 weeks

, this will be a

dual role

:

50% of full-time hours per month

office-based administration (paid monthly retainer). Remainder of the month: working to convert

company-provided leads

and

self-generated opportunities

into mortgage and protection business.
You'll gain hands-on experience, working alongside experienced advisers, while developing your own client base and sales skills.

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

Ambitious and

sales-driven

, with a genuine interest in financial services. Excellent communicators who enjoy building relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Organised and able to balance both admin and client-facing work. Live within 50 miles of

Cheltenham

(local knowledge beneficial). Experience not essential but business acumen is. Up 5 years references required (can include in education). Good IT Skills essential. Must be able to drive/own car and have own laptop.

Remuneration

Monthly retainer for 50% of full time (first 20 weeks). Commission-based earnings on mortgage and protection business. Funded industry qualifications (CeMAP & CeRER).
