Trainee Mortgage Advisor - Entry-Level Opportunity

Are you looking to kick start a career in the mortgage industry? We're seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a positive, engaging personality to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor in Didsbury and Stockport.

Ideal candidates may have experience in:

Sales progression Estate agency Solicitor or legal administration

However, prior experience is not essential. We welcome applications from school leavers or individuals looking to make a career change -- what matters most is your ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and bring enthusiasm to the role.

What we're looking for:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive and personable approach Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Main responsibilities:

Building relationships with the Estate Agency teams in order to provide training and support. Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment. Being able to walk our customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs. Taking part in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Skills and experience required:

Outstanding customer care / customer service experience Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems) A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
