We are recruiting for qualified mortgage advisors, where experience isn't necessary, and all training and development is provided. Competitive starting salary of 26,000 rising to 30,000 with full competency. Uncapped commission structure. All Leads provided from an existing client bank. 5 day working week with some Saturdays required with a day off in lieu. 21 days holiday plus Bank holidays. Pension scheme.
Qualifications & Requirements for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
CeMAP or equivalent is essential. A passion for great customer service. Motivated and energetic, to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities of a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
Provide expert advice and guide clients through the mortgage process with care and professionalism. Identify protection opportunities for referrals. Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
