You will learn and gain experience across all areas of a Mortgage & Protection Advisers role and work closely with senior management, adviser and admin teams to achieve defined learning objectives.
You will, however, begin your career working within various areas of the business to hone your knowledge of the mortgage industry. This will include working with:
The Lead Booking Team where you will be responsible for ensuring high quality client leads and appointments are booked with our team.
The Case Management Team where you will be responsible to progressing client cases, guiding them through the process in a timely manner. Liaising with lenders and solicitors to achieve the optimum outcomes for the client.
The activities of the role will vary including;
Taking of new inbound/outbound enquiries from clients looking for mortgage advice, qualify the lead, capture details on company systems and book client in
Servicing our existing client base and arranging appointments for their upcoming mortgage renewal
Carry out a Fact Find and affordability checks with clients to establish circumstances and client requirements
Oversee and manage the online lead booking system and produce important management data on lead sources and volumes
Be responsible for driving improvements in lead booking conversions
Research cases and make appropriate suggestions as to where a case could potentially be placed
Working collaboratively with mortgage advisers to enable the most positive outcome for clients
Referring our clients to partner businesses for various services (i.e. home mover services, estate agent, wills, wealth)
Effective coordinating of Adviser diaries to ensure appointments targets are achieved
Delivering a five-star service to all external and internal clients
