Location: Norwich HQ (full-time, office-based)

Training Duration: 18 months (fully supported)

Why This Role Rocks
Year 1 OTE 29K-35K (25K base + 4K-10K commission)
CeMAP fully funded -- all materials, exams, and support paid for.
Post-qualification salary uplift: 27K + 4K commission (OTE 31K)
Qualified Adviser: 28K base, OTE up to 75K (yes, really!)
36 days holiday (including your birthday off)

Working Hours


Training (18 months): 2x 9-6, 2x 11-8, Friday 9-5, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays.


Post-training: Same shifts, but no weekends.

Learn the entire mortgage journey -- from first customer call to completion


Build real customer relationships (we'll handle the admin, you focus on people)


Gain industry-leading knowledge, mentorship, and qualifications


Progress into a fully-fledged Mortgage Adviser role with clear earning potential
