What We Offer

Year 1 OTE:

29,000-35,000 (25,000 base + 4,000-10,000 commission)

CeMAP qualification fully funded

- we cover all exams, materials, and support.

Post-qualification salary:

27,000 base + 4,000 commission (OTE 31,000)

Qualified Adviser:

28,000 base with OTE up to 75,000+

Working Hours

During Training (18 months):

2 days: 9AM-6PM. 2 days: 11AM-8PM. Fridays: 9AM-5PM. 1 in 3 Saturdays required.*

After Training:

Same weekday shifts - no weekends!*

What You'll Do

Learn the full mortgage process from first customer contact to completion Build strong, trusted relationships with customers (we'll handle the admin) Gain industry-leading training, mentorship, and qualifications Progress into a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser role with clear earning potential

About You

Confident communicator (phone, email, and in person). Motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow.


Hard working and dedicated from the outset of 18Months Training. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills. Organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
