What We Offer:

Year 1 OTE: 29,000-35,000.

25,000 base

+ 4,000-10,000 commission during training

Fully funded CeMAP qualification

- exams, materials, coaching

Post-qualification salary:

27,000 base + 4,000 commission (OTE 31,000)

Qualified Adviser salary:

28,000 base with

75k+ OTE

36 days holiday

Working Hours:

During the 18-Month Training Programme:

2 days: 9am-6pm 2 days: 11am-8pm Friday: 9am-5pm 1 in 4 Weekends, with time back in lieu when worked.

What You'll Do:

Speak to customers who already want our help— no cold calling Build trust, understand goals, and support major financial decisions Learn the full mortgage journey while we handle the heavy admin Work closely with experienced mentors and coaches Progress from trainee to qualified adviser with clarity and confidence
