The Opportunity:

You will start
at the front line of the business
--generating leads and driving revenue. In return, we invest in you, funding your CeMAP qualifications and mentoring you until you are ready to manage your own client caseload.
The Role:
You'll be dedicated to proactive
outbound engagement
. You will be the driving force behind our new business pipeline. This phase is designed to build the resilience and market knowledge necessary for a long career.
Once you prove your ability to generate business and pass your qualifications, you will transition into a Mortgage Advisor role, advising clients directly.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:
Making a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients and existing leads. Re-engaging with old enquiries to stimulate new business opportunities. Conducting initial "fact finds" and affordability checks to qualify leads before passing them to senior advisors.
Client Interaction
: Building immediate rapport with diverse B2B and B2C clients, understanding their needs, and managing expectations early in the process.
Digital Engagement
: Driving business and expanding our network through LinkedIn, social media, and email.
Admin & Support
: Updating our CRM with speed and accuracy, handling enquiries, and processing initial compliance documents.
Studying & Development
: Studying for your CeMAP qualifications (supported by us) while shadowing senior brokers to learn the technical side of the job.
