Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Location: Office-based only with on-site parking available
Salary: this is an apprenticeship programme salary to be paid during this apprenticeship is 23,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses which has OTE of 30k. Once qualified a mortgage advisor will earn anything from 35,000 to 75,000 per annum based on competency.

The Role:
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will embark on an 18-month comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with all the skills needed to become a Specialist Mortgage Advisor. This role does not require previous CeMap qualifications, as you will receive full support and training towards achieving your CeMap certification as part of our development programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in our training programme, working within the new business team and mortgage administration.
- Learn and apply knowledge of various financial products, including residential mortgages, bridging finance, secured lending, and commercial finance.
- Assist in handling client queries and providing solutions under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service delivery.
