Complete training provided for Mortgage and Lending Finance Comprehensive administrative and operational support during training Location: Collaborate with an experienced, close-knit team at our Head Office in the heart of Knightsbridge for onboarding, then move to our new Finance Hub West London UB1 postal area.
What you will do :

Introduction to fully understanding Mortgages and lending Finance. Begin training to manage a fully compliant cases from start to finish. Learn how to complete Fact Finds, Suitability Reports, and other compliance requirements. Support clients throughout their finance journey, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and third parties to help progress applications efficiently. Keep up to date with market trends, new products, and regulatory changes
What We're Looking For

CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent qualification. A friendly telephone manner. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills.
Location: This is an in-person role based in West London, The Broadway UB1, during the training period of 6 months. Initial introduction in Knightsbridge, offering a vibrant and professional office environment where collaboration thrives.
